Currently we’re partnering with five great organizations. Please visit the links below to learn more about each group.
Center for Child Protection: Throw-size quilts are best for this organization. Cozy backings, such as flannel, always welcome.
LifeWorks Austin: This organization can use all sizes, but especially twin. Their clients are in the 16-to-26 age range and some are parents, so baby quilts will be useful.
Partnerships for Children's Rainbow Room: This organization can use all sizes of quilts, from baby quilts to twin sizes for teens.
Refugee Services of Texas: This organization can use quilts for both adults and children, as well as decor items, such as minis and table runners. RST offers a sewing class, where students learn to make clothes for their families; the sewing classes can always use thread donations.
Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Texas: These recipients are typically adults (the patients' parents and family), so twin or larger throw size would be good.
