May 2025 General Meeting

Leo Ransom is a public speaker, teacher and quilter that has been sewing since 1998.  He found art quilting in 2011.  Leo's signature is portrait quilting using two styles, silhouette and a 2-fabric process that uses layers of fabric to create even more detailed pieces.  Leo loves sharing his knowledge and encouraging quilters to try something new.  He will present to the Austin Modern Quilt Guild his lecture, "Wow! That's Just Two Fabrics" and a trunk show with his two fabric quilts.
